Prospective buyers may not enter the community without a valid pass from the homeowner or authorized realtor.
Agent Escort Required
All guests must be accompanied by the homeowner or an authorized realtor, including when touring common areas.
Showings by Appointment
Open houses and showings must follow community guidelines and security procedures. Entry without authorization is strictly prohibited.

All listings and transactions are handled by third-party realtors. Realtor links on this site do not constitute an endorsement by the Association.

Closing Escrow & What Happens Next
Escrow Requirements
Escrow must submit all required documents prior to closing — including the Buyer Information Sheet, Escrow Demand Request, and required checks.
Gate Access & LPR System
Leisure Village uses automated License Plate Recognition. Once ownership is recorded, you’ll register your vehicles for gate access through the LPR system.
Welcome Packet
After closing, new owners receive a Welcome Packet, FrontSteps portal invitation, and full information on Association dues and community guidelines.
